Kendi kendine konuşmak

Bir insanın kendi kendine ile konuşması dinleyen birisi için tuhaftır. Oysaki hemen hemen her insan kendi kendine konuşur. Psikologların tahminine göre bunu yetişkinlerin %95 yapmaktadır. Çocuklar ise oyun oynarken genelde kendi kendileri ile konuşurlar. Kendi kendine konuşmak yani doğal bir şeydir. Söz konusu olan burada sadece özel bir iletişim biçimi olmasıdır. Ayrıca arada sırada kendi kendine konuşmanın da birçok artısı var! Çünkü konuşarak düşüncelerimizi düzenlemekteyiz. Kendi kendine konuşmak öyle bir andır ki, içimizdeki sesin kendini dışa vurmasıdır. Yani buna sesli düşünme de diyebiliriz. Özellikle dağılmış olan insanlar kendileri ile konuşurlar. Bu insanların beyninde belirli bir bölümün daha az aktif durumda olduğunu gösterir. Bundan dolayı daha kötü organizelerdir. Kendi kendinize konuşarak daha planlı hareket etmeyi desteklersiniz ve karar vermelerinizde de yardımcı olabilir. Ayrıca stres atmak için de iyi bir metottur. Kendi kendine konuşmak dikkatinizi destekler ve daha verimli olmayı sağlar. Çünkü bir şeyi dile getirmek bir şeyi düşünmekten daha uzun sürer. Konuşurken duygularımızı daha çok algılarız. Mesela zor sınavları da konuşarak daha iyi çözeriz. Bunu farklı deneyler kanıtlamıştır. Kendi kendimize konuşarak kendimizi cesaretlendirebilirsiniz de. Birçok sporcu kendisini motive etmek için sıkça kendilerince konuşurlar. Maalesef genelde negatif durumlarda kendimiz ile konuşuruz. O yüzden her şeyi pozitif ifade etmeyi denemeliyiz. Ve sıkça dileklerimizi tekrar etmeliyiz. Böylece konuşarak hareketlerimizi pozitif etkileyebiliriz. Bu yalnız sadece gerçekçi kalırsak işe yarayabilir!
